She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute, New York, and has received advanced CBT and REBT training under Morphic Minds, Nagpur.
She has further specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT with Mindfulness, and Couple Therapy from Atha – Centre for Psychotherapy and Training. In addition, she has gained in-depth knowledge in Remedial Therapy and Counseling from SIES College of Comprehensive Studies.
