Head Psychotherapist Founder – The Sparsh Therapy

Jagruti Shah is a highly qualified and experienced psychologist with extensive training in evidence-based psychotherapies. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute, New York, and has received advanced CBT and REBT training under Morphic Minds, Nagpur.


She has further specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT with Mindfulness, and Couple Therapy from Atha – Centre for Psychotherapy and Training. In addition, she has gained in-depth knowledge in Remedial Therapy and Counseling from SIES College of Comprehensive Studies.


With a strong foundation in ethical practice and CBT tools, Jagruti Shah is committed to delivering client-centered, empathetic, and empowering care. Since 2015, she has been successfully administering The Sparsh Therapy Centre, leading a team of competent mental health professionals dedicated to emotional healing and growth.

She offers in-person and online psychotherapy (via Zoom) and has worked extensively with individuals of Indian origin settled abroad, addressing culturally specific concerns, complex family systems, and challenges such as alienation, loneliness, and isolation.
